MOI: Do you have any kids?
CK: Yes, two children, Ages 4 & 2 years old
MOI: Any other info about your family you want to share with us?
CK: Family is everything to me! I was blessed to marry into a huge family! I now have four brothers, three sisters, and five nieces and nephews!
MOI: What do you do/what is your career?
CK: I am a Center Director & Educational Trainer. I work for a private school as the campus director. I am also an educational trainer for the State of OK, through OU.
MOI: What is a goal you currently have or one you recently accomplished?
CK: I graduated in May 2017 with my Master of Science in Psychology; Child & Adolescent Development. I also just joined the Jr League of OKC, and am very excited about getting more involved in the community!
MOI: How do you (or did you) work towards achieving that goal?
CK: You must keep pushing yourself, set small goals, that you know you can achieve, then keep going! I have a great support system that really helped push me and support me. I am also a workaholic and my children do not sleep, so it was easy for me not to sleep, and work harder! My school’s families are very dear to my heart, and I am always striving to be the best, and offer the best quality education and safe environment for them.
MOI: What inspires/d you?
CK: My personal family, my school’s families and my friends. I am also a HUGE fan of Booby Bones and his show! They are always trying to ‘Pimp Joy and find the good in everyone!
MOI: Have you ever been told no, you can’t/won’t achieve that? If so, how did you handle it?
CK: I am sure I have been told No numerous times. The best way to handle it, is by using that negativity and fueling yourself to do the very best and show them that you can achieve anything you put your heart and mind to!
